Kinder Movement
Ages 3-5. Children will learn the basics of coordination, movement and dance while making new friends! This dance program includes Kinders in Motion, KinderDance 1 and KinderDance 2.
Kinder Movement introduces kids to the foundational grace of ballet and rhythm of tap dancing. Each class opens with a circul time social activity and gentle stretching to foster connectivity with peers. Partial and single class options available mid-season.
Foundation
Ages 6-8. In the Foundation Program your dancer will continue to explore movement through Tippy Toes & Tapping Feet, Mini Bop Hip Hop, and Tiny Flyers Aerial Silks classes.
Based on experience and age, students will be matched to the appropriate starting point in the program.
No past dance experience is required to participate. Partial and single class options available mid-season.
Progression
Ages 9-17. Our comprehensive curriculum offers a range of classes, including Aerial Silks, Ballet, Tap, Pre-pointe, Pointe, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Performance Techniques, conducted in intimate group settings to nurture individual growth. Whether you're soaring through the air, perfecting a pirouette, or mastering the rhythm of tap, our Central Studio Academy invites you to explore the boundaries of dance, encouraging discipline, creativity, and a deeper connection to self-expression through movement.

Summer Camps & Dance Classes
Week long summer camp & summer dance classes are creatively designed to keep imagination and exploration alive through the summer months in St. Louis
A camp day includes elements of dance, visual arts, crafts, learning and confidence building through immersive experiences.

Central Studio Academy Performances
The production experience is for students who are interested in learning about true dance and theater performance. More involved than a studio dance recital, your child will engage in a collaboration with artistic colleagues of all ages in a hands-on setting.
