This training combines movement with breath in a low impact exercise class. Each class offers a unique, holistic approach to movement therapy. In both classes, movements are continuous and fluid. Sequences flow together in rhythmic repetitions that build strength and stamina.

This Method uses special equipment to perform unique sequences of circular and spiraling movements. Classes at Central Studio are private, one-hour sessions with certified instructors Mary Ellen Bryan or Rachel Brown.
