Across from Forest Park (and our original home) the Pershing Studio offers all adult classes and private sessions. Whether you’re looking for dance, fitness, Pilates, Gyrotonic® or Thai Bodywork the Pershing instructors are ready to move your muscles.

Pershing is also the home of our youth dance program, Central Studio Academy.
