STEP 1 of 2 - Create your dancer’s account in Mindbody.

We use MindBody to manage our enrollments. Please create a MindBody account for your dancer. Enter the name, birthday, etc. of your dancer. Parent/Guardian name is captured on the next screen and can go under “Emergency Contact” here.
