Looking for a way to balance the stress of classes with a little self-care? Our Pilates classes are ideal for Wash U students and faculty. Build strength, improve flexibility, and unwind with movements that will leave you feeling both relaxed and invigorated.

Special Fall Lineup:
This season, we’re offering a variety of classes for all levels. Beginners can jump into our open-level or Mat classes, while those looking for a challenge can explore our advanced options like Level 2 or the dynamic Jumpboard classes. Each class is led by our professional instructors who bring mindfulness and expertise to every session.
