Starting September 9th at Central Studio, this special offering invites you to explore the foundational skills, techniques, and principles that nurture both physical strength and mindful movement.

In a serene, supportive setting with just 4 participants, you’ll receive personalized guidance as you learn to move with intention, harness the power of breath, and connect deeply with your body. Every session is an opportunity to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

What to Wear: Comfortable, easy-moving attire; sticky socks or bare feet are welcome.
